Article 1 – Purpose

These terms and conditions govern bookings made on https://nestor-margot.com for furnished short-term rentals, as well as any additional products and services offered as optional extras.

Article 2 – Prices

Prices listed on the website are in euros and include all applicable taxes (VAT).
They cover the use of the accommodation, utilities (water, electricity, Internet, etc.), and access to the amenities specified in the listing.

Prices may vary depending on the season, length of stay, number of guests, and promotional offers.
SAS SWEET ALFRED reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, bookings will be charged based on the rate in effect at the time of confirmation.

The property, its equipment and furnishings remain the exclusive property of SAS SWEET ALFRED.
As soon as the client takes possession of the premises (entry into the flat or villa), they are held liable for any damage that may occur.

Article 3 – Bookings

Bookings can be made:
– on the website https://nestor-margot.com
– or via partner platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Le Bon Coin, Abritel, etc.

SAS SWEET ALFRED reserves the right to reject any booking in the following cases:
– non-compliance with the house rules,
– incomplete or questionable information,
– inappropriate behaviour during previous stays,
– technical or calendar availability issues.

Article 4 – House Rules

The client agrees to:
– respect the premises and leave them in a clean condition,
– wash and put away all dishes,
– not organise parties or invite guests not included in the booking,
– provide valid ID when signing the digital rental agreement,
– refrain from smoking or using flammable products,
– not bring pets, for hygiene reasons,
– avoid excessive noise, day or night,
– use the Internet in compliance with French Hadopi regulations,
– not set the heating above 26°C or the air conditioning below 20°C (the system is monitored),
– supervise children, who remain the full responsibility of their parents.

The owner shall not be held liable for any accidents of any kind occurring within the property.

⚠️ In the event of a breach of the rules:
– the security deposit may be partially or fully withheld,
– additional charges may be invoiced,
– the client may be asked to leave the premises immediately, with no refund.
Any damaged or broken furniture or equipment will be billed at its replacement value.

Article 5 – Booking Confirmation

Any booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Booking confirmation constitutes acceptance of the rental agreement and house rules.

A booking summary will be sent to the email address provided at the time of reservation.

Article 6 – Payment

Bookings must be paid online via credit card or PayPal on the website https://nestor-margot.com.
A security deposit is required:
– €200 for flats,
– €2,000 for the villa.

The deposit is taken as a pre-authorisation (bank imprint) and is not debited unless damage is observed.
Cheques and cash payments are not accepted.

Article 7 – Cancellation Policy (Flats)

Without promotion or discount code:
– Up to 5 days before arrival: fully refundable and modifiable
– Less than 5 days before arrival: non-refundable, non-modifiable

With promotion or discount code:
– Non-refundable, non-modifiable

Article 8 – Cancellation Policy (Villa)

Without promotion or discount code:
– Up to 30 days before arrival: fully refundable and modifiable
– Less than 30 days before arrival: non-refundable, non-modifiable

With promotion, discount code or payment in instalments:
– Non-refundable, non-modifiable

Article 9 – Availability

Accommodation is available as long as it is visible on the website.
In the event of unavailability after booking, the client will be notified by email. The reservation will be cancelled, and no payment will be taken.

Article 10 – Liability

SAS SWEET ALFRED provides furnished rentals in compliance with French regulations.

The client is solely responsible for the premises throughout their stay. They are expected to use the property responsibly and follow safety instructions.

The company cannot be held liable for:
– loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings,
– accidents occurring on the property,
– misuse of equipment,
– temporary disruptions to public services (water, electricity, Internet).

Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. The client agrees to use it in accordance with Hadopi legislation. The company accepts no responsibility for service interruptions.

Article 11 – Applicable Law

This contract is governed by French law. In case of dispute, only French courts shall have jurisdiction. The language of this contract is French.

Article 12 – Intellectual Property

All elements of the website https://nestor-margot.com (texts, images, videos, logos, source code, etc.) are the exclusive intellectual property of SAS SWEET ALFRED.

Any reproduction, use, or distribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Article 13 – Personal Data

SAS SWEET ALFRED collects the data required to manage bookings and improve its services.
This data may be shared with technical service providers involved in processing the bookings.

In accordance with French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 (Data Protection Act), you have the right to access, modify, or object to your personal data.

Data is retained for a period of 3 years from the last interaction.

Article 14 – Archiving

Rental agreements and invoices are archived on a reliable and secure medium.
Electronic records shall be considered valid proof of communications, transactions and payments between the parties.

Article 15 – Mediation

In accordance with Articles L.612-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, any client may seek free mediation for the amicable resolution of a dispute.
In the absence of an appointed mediator, a request can be submitted via the European online dispute resolution platform:
