In the event of refusal to comply with the regulations, the lessee must leave the premises immediately and will not be entitled to any reimbursement. Any broken or damaged object or furniture will be invoiced at its actual replacement value.

Yes, sheets and towels are provided.

If you would like sheets for our convertible sofas (in our accommodations which have them) and you are booking for 2 people, please let us know no later than 24 hours before your arrival. Rest assured, if you book for 3 or more people, the sheets will already be made when you arrive.

Yes. Please note that cleaning fees are mandatory for all reservations. This does not exempt you from leaving the accommodation in a decent state of cleanliness upon your departure.

Yes, we will give you an invoice by email at the end of your stay.

    Any reservation for a package including the SPA is modifiable and non-refundable.

We really like pets but unfortunately they are not allowed in the accomodations for hygiene reasons.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation, even at the window.
The consumption of shisha is not permitted.

Your deposit will be lost in the event of non-compliance with the rules and you may be charged additional fees.

No but all our accommodations are fitted with a washing machine and a drying rack if you wish to wash your sheets & towels.
